BRIEF: Virgin Holidays were looking for full event management of their World Travel Market Awards dinner, hosting 150 leading hoteliers. It would consist of a red carpet entrance, gallery, drinks reception and dinner.
WHERE: Tate Modern
WHAT WE DID: We worked closely with the client to create the look and feel of the event. Our theming and lighting transformed the blank canvas of the Tate Modern allowing for the Virgin Holidays brand to shine through. We managed everything from the red carpet to food and drink arrangement, as well as booking in celebrity explorer Ben Fogle to present the awards during dinner.
